I can’t wait to share Fall 2025 Menswear reviews with you all, because there’s some very good stuff happening this season. In the meantime, there’s a few weekly bits and bobs to get through.
Anyway, let’s get into it.
- Addison Rae for Rolling Stone; How many times am I allowed to tell you guys how I’m obsessed with Addison Rae and how I always said she was gonna be that girl before y’all get annoyed with me? Anyway, this is so good. SO good. I just love her creative direction very much. I mean, look at the cover alone! Queen of TikTok, posed as if crucified, amidst the TikTok ban??? The vintage Valentino boa! I die for all of it. Styled by Mel Ottenberg.
- Aaron Pierre for GQ Hype; Because of TikTok there is only one way I hear this man’s name in my head. Anyway, it’s on the simple side for GQ. He obviously looks great, but I think a little more fun could have been had creatively. Styled by Marcus Allen.
- Zoe Saldaña for Harper’s Bazaar; Very gorgy. It’s simple, but the play with color and texture is so rich, and Carlos always kills it. Styled by Carlos Nazario.
- Pamela Anderson for Elle; Gosh, I love Pam and these suiting/officewear styles are fun. Styled by Jan-Michael Quammie.
- The Louvre couture exhibit actually looks really incredible.
- Latest rumor is that Glenn Martens is the front runner for Margiela, and actually would be so good.
- Sydney are up a couple street style moments. First in this Ferragamo Fall 2024
Then in Burberry Fall 2024. Which, btw, love the full monochrome styling here, and the synched waist really added that extra umph. Will not be discussing the Chloé look.
- Love the Telfar puffer. Do we think Stormi let him borrow the purse?
So that was this week! On my way to FINALLY watch Nickel Boys. Also, I promise I WILL write a costume analysis for Queer, just give me a sec.
TTYL!!!
